One bedroom Downstairs. Shares a downstairs kitchen and a bath with the other downstairs bedroom, $850/mo.

Parking: Private driveway and street parking is available.

Utilities: Residents will share cost of utilities (water, power & internet).

Application Process: A basic rental application and casual meet & greet with other residents is required.

Amazing Location

The house is located on the East side of campus, across from the CSU Medical Center, very close to the Academic Spine.

From the house, students use the nearby CSU Garden Tunnel (under College Ave) to get directly onto campus.

Tunnel Access to CSU

Access campus easily (and avoid traffic!) by using the Garden Tunnel,

1 block North of the home.

Are pets allowed?

At this time, we are not permitting four legged furry pets.

Furnishings?

Today, the photos you see are furnishings provided by the current tenants. Once vacated, we will be providing new furnishings in the living areas. Bedrooms will be yours to furnish. If you prefer we furnish you bedroom just let us know and we can probably work something out.

Washer & Dryer?

A washer and dryer is available for shared use on the bottom floor of the home.
